Description

Firefox 70 has removed the experimental IndexedDB de-serialization support for WebAssembly.Module. The serialization support has already been removed with Firefox 63.

Firefox 70 Compatibility

  • X-Frame-Options: Allow-From directive has been removed
  • Affecting History navigation methods are now asynchronous
  • Permission requests can no longer be made while in fullscreen mode
  • Various legacy MathML features have been deprecated or removed
  • ontouchstart, ontouchmove event handlers are now passive by default
  • EV SSL certificate indicator has been removed from location bar
  • All FTP resources are now downloaded instead of being rendered
  • IndexedDB de-serialization support has been removed from WebAssembly.Module
  • BigInt literals for non-octal digits are no longer allowed
  • Notification permission requests from cross-origin <iframe> are now disallowed
  • Worker scripts with wrong MIME type will be blocked from loading with Worker() or SharedWorker() in Nightly and early Beta
  • Firefox location bar now shows broken padlock icon for insecure sites
  • dominant-baseline is now inherited from its parent element
  • 3-valued CSS position is no longer supported except for background-position
  • Referer header size is now limited to 4 KB
