window.open() no longer accepts outerWidth/outerHeight features

Published:

Categories: DOM

Releases: Firefox 80

Description

Previously in Firefox, it was possible to specify outerWidth and outerHeight as part of the window.open method’s window features parameter. These non-standard size features corresponding to the window.outerWidth and window.outerHeight properties are no longer available to web content as of Firefox 80. Since no other browsers support these features, the compatibility risk should be minimal.
